Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Moniqo offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Free Trial: All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • Within 7 Days of Payment: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of your first paid billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Issues: If you experience significant service disruptions or issues that prevent you from using the service, contact us for a refund consideration.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at refunds@moniqo.io with your account email and reason for refund
  2. We will review your request within 5 business days
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days from the billing date
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
  • Refunds for annual plans after 30 days from purchase

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly at refunds@moniqo.io to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
